Pre-construction is the set of activities and services conducted prior to the production (construction) stage. It ranges from design to the study of engineering solutions and the different interfaces. It comprises the parallel development of cost estimates, the feasibility study, detailed planning and budgeting of an integrated construction project. Everything to ensure effectiveness, by evaluating risks and alternatives.
